Workshop information
- On Monday, 15/07, the workshops will take place at 17:00-20:00. The rest of the days, unless the participants prefer otherwise, the workshops will take place during the morning, and will be hosted in selected outdoor locations of Psaropouli Vasilikon.
- Due to the availability of the musician instructor, Makis Baklatzis, the "Asia Minor and Aegean" workshop will be implemented from Monday 15 to Thursday 18 July, for a total of 15 hours, just like the other workshops.
- To ensure the quality of the workshops the number of participants will be limited. If, in order of priority, the maximum number of participants/workshop is completed, there will be a waiting list.
- Each participant is requested to bring his/her own musical instrument with him/her.
- On the opening day of the festival, a group meeting will be held in a central location of Psaropouli Vasilikon, at 16:15. A detailed information email will be sent to all participants a few days before our meeting in Evia.

Accommodation Options
Participants are responsible for securing their accommodation.
Options for Psaropouli Vasilikon are varied and affordable, and include accommodation:
- - in rental rooms, houses and hotels, by searching through the websites Booking.com, trivago, voriaevia, airbnb - to receive an offer it is recommended to contact the accommodation spots directly,
- - as well as the possibility of camping at the "Xoutka" multifield. For this option, please contact the person in charge of the site, by calling at (+30)6974450308 (Dimitris) or by sending a message to xoutka@gmail.com or on the Facebook page.

Participation cost
- The cost of participation/workshop per attendee (15 hours in total) is 130 euros (advance payment 60 euros). Your place is reserved once sending the proof of deposit to info@olipoli.gr.
- Please indicate your name as well as the surname of the coordinator of the workshop chosen in the required field of the deposit details.
- In case of transfer cost, this is paid by the depositor.

- Registration is completed on the first day of the festival, once the remaining amount is paid.
- In case of cancellation of a workshop due to lack of participation, the deposit will be returned.
- Attendance at the concerts and activities is free of charge for all.
